Moving to Memory Lane
Ten Years Later
After Caroline graduated from high school, she took a year off before moving to Burgess when she turned eighteen. She didn't have any second thoughts about her decision since she has always dreamed of living in Burgess after all those years. Caroline decided to stay in her Grandpa's old home, which she heard was still standing to that very day.
As the years went by, growing-up to what she appeared now, she looked completely different from when she was a child. But a hint of her childhood innocence remained in her azure blue eyes. The short boyish platinum blonde hair she had from her childhood grew int

Snow Night
During the following year's holiday week, Caroline got to hang out more with her most unexpected, unlikely friend, Jack Frost. They played together in the snow (provided by Jack Frost himself), starting snowball fights with the other children who were enjoying the winter weather as well and continuing Caroline's ice skating lesson at the lake within the woods where no one would dare to witness.
Caroline gained more confidence when she ice-skated. It took a long time for her to be able to ice-skate without Jack's assistance. Gradually, the chances of her slipping and wobbling on the ice decreased as her ability to keep balance an

Until Next Time
"…And so, as Tiny Tim observed, God bless Us, Every One! The End."
Everyone in the room applauded after Grandpa Thomas finished his story, "A Christmas Carol". Grandpa Thomas sat on his rocking chair by the fireplace while the children sat together on the floor in front of him and the parents and other older relatives either stood or sat on a chair. This was one of the family's Christmas traditions which were first proposed by Grandpa Thomas himself. Last year, he told the story of "The Nutcracker and the Mouse King" and the year before that was "Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer" and "The Little Match Girl".

Unbelievable
Ten Years Ago
Little Caroline ran worriedly towards her mother with one of her baby teeth between two fingers. A few weeks ago, when her tooth started to wiggle, she thought that it was just a toothache which might eventually get better. Now, to her disappointment, it finally fell out while she was brushing her teeth. Caroline was afraid that all of her teeth will start to fall out but that was because she didn't know it was natural.
"Mommy! Mommy! Look! Look!" Caroline called. She waved the tooth in the air, trying to catch her mother's attention.
"What is it sweetheart?" Mrs. Anderson turned away from the dirty dishes she w
A piercing lightning bolt broke into the darkness, followed by a great roar of thunder that sounded like an enormous boulder fell from a mountain. This pattern continued as showers of raindrops started to fall. It cannot be perceived on where you may be for the darkness was very obscure. Only the bolts of lightning could aid the eyes to see through the dark shadows. But brief glimpses of buildings appeared through the scenery but still nothing else could be seen.
Emerging from the shadows, two figures appeared, walking towards the black oblivion. They cannot be recognized easily for they appear as dark silhouettes of a man and a woman. But

A Small Difference Between Our Worlds
In my world, the intelligent kids are the most popular. While in the other world I know, beauty is more valuable than knowledge.
Ever since I was in elementary school, I have noticed that intelligent scholars are the most popular. In T.V. shows about high school life, I saw that cheerleaders and varsity football players (Or players of any other varsity sport) are the most popular. I've noticed that they have a lot of admires because they are charismatic and attractive.
Nope, we don't care about that. Sure the cool and good-looking kids here have the same amount friends and all that but their friends don't hang around them just to fit. They

"So what's new in the forums?" Genesis inquired to no one in particular as she scrolled down and clicked the "Advisory" category, just another one of her regular routines as a collaborator. She is known to be active in such categories, not really considering the main topics of the page, but the staff still appreciates what she does for fellow members of the site.
"This one looks interesting" she remarked a topic entitled "I'm all alone now" by a member named IRockxxx. It's quite a dubious issue for someone with such a positive account name.
I'm always alone now that my friends cut me out of their lives. They made more interesting fri
Every romantic-fanatic of a certain fandom would always find a way to start a romance between two characters, otherwise known as "Shipping". The reasons why are may be: 1. The main story doesn't have enough romance plots. 2. The fan has a crush on a particular character 3. They think that the shipped pairing is "OTP"
Personally, I have no problem with this sort of thing. I myself ship two certain characters long ago since they have certain qualifications which I find acceptable. It's not like I hate any other shipping or whatever you guys call it, it's just that I like more tolerable romances.
Instances:
1. The pair is in the same age grou
